WAIKIKI CENTRAL HOTEL INFORMATION
OFFICE HOURS
The front desk is open every day from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. During non-office hours we have a resident manager checking in guests and if there are any emergencies.
CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. If your room is available earlier, we will try and accommodate you. Please put in your estimated arrival time when making the reservation. There is no guarantee of an early check in.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
PARKING
Limited parking is available at a charge of $25.00 per day and should be reserved as early as possible. All cars must have a parking pass displayed on the dashboard and be registered with the office – violators will be towed. Please be sure to lock your vehicle and remove all valuables. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
ELEVATOR
Our elevator only services floors 1-5. The 6th floor is only accessible by stairs from the 5th floor. Please let us know if this is an issue and we will try to accommodate you.
DEPOSIT
In order to secure a reservation we need to take a credit card number and we will charge one day's rate. We do not take cash or debit cards as deposits. The balance after the first day is paid with a credit card can be paid with cash, credit or debit. If a reservation is made online please follow prompts from paypal.
REFUND POLICY
The deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date. If deposit is made within 24 hours of arrival, a full refund will be given if cancelled before 2 PM on arrival date.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please give us a call or send us an email. If certain items are needed such as rollaway beds, shower bench, crib, etc. Please let us know.
MAID SERVICE
Due to COVID we are not providing maid service at this time. Used towels can be exchanged for clean ones at the front desk during office hours. Waste baskets should be emptied into the green container located in the parking lot behind the office.
AMENITIES in all rooms
Microwave, Refrigerator, Room Safe, Coffee Maker, Wifi, Cable TV, Lanai and furniture.
AMENITIES in office
Offered during office hours: Daily Coffee, Tea, Room Safe, Boarding Pass Printing Station, Phone (local calls), Handheld Steamer
Beach equipment available on a first come first serve basis such as: Beach Towels, Chairs, Beach Mats, Boogie Boards
Rollaways / Cribs
We have rollaways and cribs available for $15 a night. We only have a few of these items available and there are limited rooms that can fit an extra rollaway. If you would like a rollaway please let us know and we will see if it can fit in the room selected. The crib is a pack and play.
Extra Guest Charges
Rooms are priced to include 1-2 guests. Any extra guest will be charged $15 a day. Children under 16 will not be charged the extra guest rate.
WI-FI
Please see front desk for current password.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Smoking is only permitted outside on the balcony or 20 feet from office door – an ashtray is provided on your balcony.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
For your convenience we have coin operated washers and dryers located in the back of the building on the ground floor. Laundry soap ($1.00) and change for the machines are available at the front desk.
